Gravel geometry
Gravel presents its share of challenges and requires a very special setting. Our Gravel geometry is inspired by our Endurance geometry, which in turn is inspired by our range of performance road bikes, for which exceptional handling, great responsiveness and optimal positioning are crucial. Both Endurance and Gravel bikes need a longer wheelbase than a road bike, like that of the Krypton and Dark Matter. The Dark Matter has a higher bottom bracket, modified head tube and offset fork for precision handling on a wide variety of tire sizes (up to 45C), for a quality ride while preventing the foot comes into contact with the front wheel during technical turns. The Gravel geometry allows a slightly more upright position for more comfort on long distances and bumpy paths.
