Free delivery in Canada with a purchase of $75
At cycle LM, Canada Post/Canpar/Fedex delivery is free in Canada for all purchases of $75. Fees of $50 or more (depending on the volume, weight of the item and its destination) are applicable on bicycles, certain car racks, transport boxes or other subject items. Pick-up is also available at our Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu branches free of charge. A delivery arrangement can take place at the discretion of cycle LM, please contact us for more information
For purchases under $75, a standard delivery charge of $14.99 applies.
Please note that some items that are too heavy or bulky could result in an exceptional overload.
**During statutory holidays, carriers such as Canada Post are generally closed, which may cause additional delay.
Cancellation of the order
In the event that you wish to cancel your order, please contact us promptly via our website by telephone at 450-348-1777. If your order has not yet been processed we may cancel it.
Since we ship the majority of our orders in less than a day, don't wait, because once the order is shipped, we cannot cancel it.
60 day return policy
If for one reason or another you are not satisfied with your product, Cycle LM will reimburse you within 60 days of your purchase. Your product must still be in new condition, as described in the following paragraph. When returning to the store, you must imperatively present a valid receipt.
Bicycles are not applicable to the 60 day policy.
Product condition for a valid return
For cycle LM to accept your return, the product must still be in new condition, with its complete original packaging, as well as its sales labels. We need to be able to sell this product to another customer. As it is sports clothing, if you decide to return it, it must be clean, free of odors and animal hair.
For obvious hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse to reimburse shorts, bib shorts, socks, underwear and jerseys. These items must be in new condition, with all tags and packaging still intact and have never been worn or washed.
DVDs, Blue-Rays, computer programs and Tacx updates or others cannot be refunded or exchanged.
When we cannot accept the return of a certain item, it will be reshipped to you at your expense. If you are in doubt about the condition of an item and would like to make sure before sending it to us, do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to answer you.
The customer is responsible for the return
If you decide to return an item, return costs are not covered by cycle LM. The same applies to reshipping costs in the event that the item you returned to us is no longer in salable condition. The item will be returned to you and shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Please note that cycle LM is not responsible if the size, color or particular style of an item does not suit you. Please remember that brightness may vary from screen to screen, which may affect the perceived color of an item.
Return to store or by post
It is always possible to return your order in store with valid proof of purchase in hand. You can also return your purchases by mail to 270 Boul. Saint-Luc, Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu J2W 1C3 , for a delivery charge.
Return processing times
Returns are processed Monday through Friday. During normal times, it may take up to five business days to process a return. During peak period, December 1 to January 15, processing a return may take up to seven business days following receipt of your product.
